Hi! I am registered for CHEM 215/216 for the Summer 2020 semester and just got off the waitlist for both PSYCH 240 and ASTRO 102, and now I am trying to decide which to take. While I believe I am more interested in PSYCH 240’s content, ASTRO 102 has peaked my interest as well as the fact that astronomy classes count towards BCPM GPA, which I am looking to raise. Do you think PSYCH 240 would pair better with CHEM 215/216 or ASTRO 102? Or do you think that CHEM 215/216 is too much work in the Summer that I should just focus on it with no other classes? Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Hi!
CHEM 215/216 will be a lot of work due to the shorten time frame. Also, keep in mind that you will have two 4 hour lab sessions per week instead of one 4 hour lab session. Personally, I think CHEM 215/216 is enough to keep you busy during the summer term, but if you feel like you could take on another class I would recommend going with the class that has a lighte workload and goes towards a distribution. Let me know if you have any other question!
