Hi Paritosh! Unfortunately none of our members have direct experience with taking MCDB 310 during the summer term. However, we can offer some insight based on past syllabi from the summer and from having taken it in the fall/winter terms. During the summer, there are 4 exams, with one happening every two weeks, with the exception of there being only one week between exams 2 and 3. The amount of content covered appears to be the same as during the fall/winter term, meaning you’re going to have to do a lot of memorization in a shorter amount of time if you decide to take it over the summer. Obviously, students have taken the course in the summer before, so it’s not like it’s impossible, but studying for the class will definitely take up some free time. Make sure to consider what else you have on your plate while deciding whether or not to take it!
