I’m currently signed up for a chem 210 section with a discussion section that conflicts with another course I want to take. I want to sign up for both and just allow the time conflict. Is the discussion section mandatory for chem 210? I still plan on joining an SLC group and going to office hours.

Generally CHEM 210 Discussion is not mandatory and is usually for review. However, you should confirm this with someone on the CHEM 210 teaching staff before allowing the time conflict. Good luck!
