I hope you are doing well! I have not personally taking Bio 207, but I do have a friend who took both Bio 225 and Bio 207 and she was able to give me some insight for you. 
 
Biology 207 is similar to 225 in that there is not a lot of outside work besides studying for exams (no homework). However, there is a three hour lab but most of this work is completed in class. My friend felt that it might be a bit more of a time commitment, but the 225 material was a little more difficult in her opinion. 
 
According to ATLAS, the average 207 grade is an A-. Just over 30% of people get an A or A+.
